  1. Interesting post. It is always fun to learn where slang and old sayings originated. Thanks for sharing.

    In a similar vein, I remembering being so surprised when I learned that many of the old sayings that were very commonplace a few years back originated with none other than the immortal bard himself, William Shakespeare.
