Grackles are not normal visitors to the Tide Pools (or the Rocky Intertidal) at Cabrillo National Monument in San Diego. However, this friendly little bird made herself quite at home.

I used to volunteer at the Tidepools when I lived in San Diego. It’s probably my favorite part of the area. Hope you can get there.
