This reminds me of my husband’s saying about stupidity: “If you’re stupid, your whole body should hurt.” He usually says that after someone else says, “Hey Bubba, watch this!”
I think certain kinds of stupid will feel their own pain. Like if you’re the kind of stupid who wears a dry-clean-only white dress while holding a glass of red wine and dancing. Or the kind of stupid who overfills a cup with hot tea and then burns her hand. That kind of stupid will experience consequences. Not that I know this from personal experience or anything…;)
