I worked at a non-kosher bagel shop at one point and I learned how to make bacon egg & cheese sandwiches. I learned that I actually really enjoy the smell of bacon. I wasn’t all that tempted to eat it based on appearance, but I do like the smell.

I was a vegetarian for 20 years and bacon is one of the few things you can’t successfully replicate…I’m no longer a veggie and I enjoy it regularly.
