Really interesting. It’s only missing a map which shows all the countries in the world that see Trump as an idiot (even if only as a useful idiot, like Putin’s Russia).

That would be a very interesting map indeed.

I had not noticed that these maps exist by categories of different kinds. As a general culture, it is good to know. Thus we have a new idea of the world we inhabit.

I’ve seen these before but it’s always fun to take another look. I went looking for them online so I could enlarge the first one. I don’t know if it’s the colors they choose or my eyes, but I’m only counting 6 colors, not seven.
I found this PDF if anyone’s interested. http://www.doyletics.com/tidbits/mapsofworld.pdf

It’s very possible that that is where the maps came from. There are seven colors in map 1. India is orange while a combo of parts of China and Japan are red.

Some jaw-dropping stuff there. Why aren’t you guys metric? England had better get going again with the invading.

We belonged to England until 1776. They tried again in 1812, but Napoleon drew most of their attention at that time. Nixon tried to make the U.S. metric (his town of San Clemente even had metric signs along I-5). Nixon resigned before being impeached but more because of Watergate than the metric system.
